Agreement and Consent
By enrolling in and paying for services at Roomlingz, you agree to these terms and conditions:
Non-Refundable Payments
All payments for Roomlingz services are non-refundable, including fees for lessons, courses, or other services, except under specific conditions.
Conditions for Refund Eligibility
Engage with Three Different Teachers:
Schedule and attend at least one session with each of three different teachers.
Follow the course or study plan with each teacher.
Provide Documentation:
Records of attended sessions.
Communication logs with each teacher.
Any other proof of active participation.
Show Inability to Continue:
Demonstrate issues related to service quality or teacher fit.
Personal preferences or unrelated external factors are not valid reasons for a refund.
Refund Request Procedure
Submit Request:
Send a formal written request with supporting documents to refunds@roomlingz.com.
Review Process:
Roomlingz will review your request and may ask for additional information.
Decision and Issuance:
If the request meets the conditions, a refund will be processed.
Roomlingz reserves the right to approve or deny refunds based on the provided documentation.
Limitation of Liability
Roomlingz is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of income or opportunities, resulting from your inability to continue using the services.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration according to the rules of the American Arbitration Association, in the jurisdiction where Roomlingz is headquartered. The arbitrator’s decision will be final and binding.
